El Club de Periodistas de Chiapas, A.C., creado en enero del presente año, y cuyo fin es la profesionalización de los trabajadores afines al ejercicio periodístico y el apoyo a las clases marginadas, prepara para este domingo 17 de noviembre, un evento altruista de recolección de víveres para el albergue “Casa hogar alegre Odres Nuevo Chiapas. A.C.”, en el parque Bicentenario de Tuxtla Gutiérrez, ubicado en el poniente de la ciudad.
El evento que dará inicio a las 09:00 horas, consiste en recolectar la mayor parte de víveres para apoyar a niños que han sido abusados y abandonados por sus familias, cuya situación es precaria aun cuando se encuentran en una institución de auxilio.
A cambio de los víveres, los benefactores podrán disfrutar de una sesión fotográfica totalmente gratis, la cual será entregada en un disco compacto o memoria usb que deberán llevar para tal efecto.
Se espera contar con el apoyo de la ciudadanía en esta actividad sin fines de lucro organizada por periodistas comprometidos con la sociedad, tanto en su quehacer periodístico como de asistencia social.
